A very fresh and young Buttermilk with a high moisture content, slightly rubbery texture, with an extremely mild flavour. Mostly used for cooking and baking (pizza, lasagna, etc), it is also used on a cheese platter or as a salad accompaniment or used as an accompaniment in dishes like Ugali and cooked rice etc.
